Practicing on VSOMEIP

To practise on VSOMEIP you need the following setup:

1. Host Machine: Linux Machine use “Ubuntu” OS.
2. Virtual Machine on the same Host Machine, the virtual machine also “Ubuntu”.

Please note that this tutorial made for “Ubuntu 22.04”.
